Interesting read, I don't believe he did it, let alone any of them.

RoboCop

I would read the first one if it wasn't so long or I will if I have absolutely nothing else to do.
Anyone sum it all up?

In 1993 3 men, who were at the time considered to be in a "satanic cult" were arrested for the murders of 3 young children. The police had no evidence, and their only motive was because the 3 men (teenagers at the time) were in said cult. The police even trampled all over the crime scene, smoking all over it, basically disregarding any evidence that could have been found. Now the one man is on death roll, and has been for the past 30 years or so, and the other two are serving life in prison. Basically, many large celebreties have been raising funds to see that they get the trial re-done or they get let free.

I thought it was said that you are innocent until proven guilty. How are they to be proven guilty with no evidence and just because they think they were in a cult?
Sometimes the law just doesn't do its job correctly. Scratch that, they do their job wrong a lot.

The judicial system screwed up, big time. Now they are having a hell of a time changing the ruling.

Wow, very interesting.

I just read an article in the paper about a guy in New York who had served 30 years in prison for raping a cops wife... then they released him on new DNA evidence. He got sent because the wife picked him out of a line up, but she said she wasn't sure. I am sure her husband pulled whatever strings he could as a cop to make this poor guys life miserable.
The advocacy group that pushed to get him released said that this was thier 6th sucess case this year.

Talk about getting railroaded - 30 years with revoked freedoms and liberties to turn down plea bargains for an admision of guilt because you know your innocent. If I was him I would be setting up one hell of a lawsuit right now.

Edit: now that I remember it, might have been 20 years, but still!
