Adjustable drop-forward

I don't know if they have this already but I think an adjustable drop forward would be pretty practical. A nine ounce co2 tank is going to weigh less than a twenty ounce right? Well if you use more than one tank like me, you don't want to have two drop forwards to balance out your gun. With a twenty ounce, you just slide it forward until your gun is balanced. If you want to switch over to your nine ounce, simply slide it back. Anyone else think this is a good idea or is it pointless?

A sliding rail with a thumbscrew might work. seems practical.

yes, there is one

Ok, I knew there would be.

I think when I make my drop forward, I will make it adjustable because I have a 20 and 9 oz tanks. Any ideas on how to do it? Laughing

Try doing what Psyrecx said..
TriggerHappy1

It wouldnt be hard to make one. All you would need is a cheap MIG welder.

A modified weaver rail would be the best way to go.
Smitty

That's a good idea, but I guess there already is one.

I have one, a Lapco Universal. The ideas here are better though. A thumb screw or two, or maybe some sort of throw lever would be easier to adjust than the screws that hold mine in place for people who use different sized tanks.
