Chronicles of Narnia (heck yess)

Well my family made me go see it w/ them today. I didnt think i was great, and it seemed to keep just dragging on. There were some ok parts in it, i liked the animals how they seemed so real (thye may have been) and all the "creatures" and junk.
It was ok...maybe a 6 or 7/10

Does that movie have a Christian theme to it at all? My youth group is going to go see it and we don't usually go watch movies unless they are something like the Passion.

welll....it does i think have some to do w/ it. They call humans sons of adam and dauhters of eve. I didnt knotice much because i dont read the bible (i know im a bad person) and im not very religious but my parents noticed some because they rememebred from when they were lil.

how does not reading the bible make you a bad person?
rossy11223

I don't think it does.

I know i was just kidding. I just think its bad that i dont know hardly anything about religion or w/e.

Yes, but just like the book it's based on, it can be enjoyed as just an adventure story if you prefer. I thought the movie was a fairly decent adaptation of the book. I prefer the Lord of the Rings...but Narnia was not bad.

Never read that book.....i just didnt like how the movie seemed to drag on. Then the ending was very predictable. aaargh
abr5

what happened at the end?
g36 monkey

SPOILER.....DONT READ THIS POST IF YOU DONT WANNA KNOW!!!!!!

Basically what happens is the are in Narnia for like 20 years or somethin and they all grow old as kings and queens. They find the wardrobe (its the portal thing) and it seemed familiar. THey started to go through it and as they went throught the wardrobe and came out the other end they were young and no time had passed in the real world. Was very predictable if you watched the movie.

Yeah, I read the book a long time ago and don't remember much of it at all.
