double trigger

So, as I was reading through here, I found that double triggers really arent necessary on mech Tippys. I was planning on getting a Rufus Dawg one for my 98c, but am now second guessing myself. I havent used many double triggers and have never used one on a 98c. Any help is appreciated. I just need some input. Thanks.

Any suggestions then? I really want to get a stick trigger.

I can't think of any other stick triggers. It was like a BSI one or something like that. Sorry, but I can't remember.

Pro-mark blade trigger.

I have no idea were to find it though.

Ebay? Froogle? Google and see what it gives you?

Meh, I like double triggers on mechs. Doesn't matter what kind.

Double triggers help a lot. Totaly go for it. You'll shoot a lot faster and it'll feel more comfortable.

i don't see the need for them on a mech gun especially if you might upgrade to an R\T but you are building your gun to suit you, not me if you like them go for it

Agreed tigman. Agreed.

I got mine because I had the RT. I tried out another players A5 with RT and learned that I could easily vary my ROF by pulling the trigger in different locations. It changes the amount of leverage, so I don't have to bother pulling with different amounts of force.

That's really interesting. I find that a double trigger does nothing for your rate of fire if you have a r/t.

Heres my view - Double triggers are meant for walking e-markers, with few exceptions. You will not aim as steadily with two fingers moving as you will with one. My stock trigger seams to do fine with my RT. If you think it's pretty, get it. To me it would just look out of place - Like when you see a big rear spoiler on a front wheel drive car.

Thanks for the input. I dont think I'll be getting one, but instead put that money towards my County order.

It's really more of a feel thing on mechs. The trigger is also easier to pull using a double compared to single.
