Laser Sights

I'm interested in buying a laser sight for my gun, but idk if its illegal or some stupid thing like that. You guys know?
RoboCop

They are legal at some fields. At mine, some people will have them. Those things have such a huge bright spot though. If people complain, the field makes them take the laser off. Just aim because paintballs won't go absolutely straight.

Ghostslinger

ud only want to buy them for a mil-sim look and thats all theyre good for mostly

I would say Robocop's field is the exception. Most fields do not allow laser sights because of insurance and liabiity issues.

Ah theyre almost impossible to see at day, not worth it.

Kinda hard to beleive most feilds wont allow them. Gota hold that beam in an eye for a while to do anything.

That is why my field has and all fields should have waivers so that they are not responsible for any damages or you getting hurt.

laser sights are definately more for looks.....if you want a sight that wll be pretty accurate after sighting in and wont give you tunnel vision (like scopes do) look into a red dot....very easy to use....thats like the best possible sight you can get if youre buying one....like they said the lasers are mroe for looks.

Some people seem like they have spotlights on there guns, but it is a laser with a huge projection. It is very easy to use. It is not like a laser an actual gun sniper would use. I mean this thing is huge. It is very easy to use during the day. Someone will be moving it across the field and you can literally see it without trying to concentrate on it. Everytime I go to one of the scenario games my field has every month or every other month, I always hear complaints about the people using the lasers.

Hmm all Iv seen was those crappy small dot ones from Walmart... like a lazer pointer mounted on a gun...
tigman250

i had one and like TH1 said they are impossible to see in even moderate daylight. but at dusk it's fun to flash one acrost someones goggles even if you are 100 yds away and they don't know where it's coming from Laughing

but the thing with lasers you can spot them if you are on the side because you can see the red line in th air if you look at it right.....does anybody know what i mean?

You can only see the beam if theres fog or dust or smoke for the light to light up and project the beam. Unless its a special lighting laser.

Complete waste of money. Better off getting a fire power upgrade, hopper or if ya dont have one an HPA tank.
