regulator help

if i buy this regulator, what kind of air do i need? do i need hpa, or can i used it with co2

The first one you have listed would most likely work with co2, but the palmer is more suggested for use with co2.

Accumulators will do nothing for liquid co2. Well, I take that back, but an expansion chamber will work much better.

Not to mention its out of stock...

You can use any aftermarket cheaper reg with co2. Like it was stated, it wont do anything for the liquid, but it will lower your pressure and maybe make it more consistant. but if any liquid may get through, expect a high spike. Co2 on my cocker works fine.
