Anyone ever ordered fromt here?

If so how long did it take to get your stuff?

I ordered a part on Sunday and I still havent even at least gotten an email saying that the parts been shipped. It says on their site it should ship next day if its in stock(and it is) and that you will get an email fromt hem as soon as it ships.

I'm about to call them up

Same thing with ActionVillage. My order has been in for almost 48 hours and it seems that it would be on its way. Very odd.

I normally would, but County doesnt carry the JCS dual trigger.

I will probably never go through County ever again. They have almost no variety. All my upgrades for my gun are done so that variety is pointless. All their clothes and packs and other stuff are all Reds and stuff like that. ActionVillage has almost everything you can think of. Anyways, it was probably taking awhile because of the holidays. They probably had the weeekend off and monday off, so i am not mad at Action. Anyways, my order has shipped already.

I havent had a chance to yet because im never home when their open.

Called them today. According to their site they are open when I called.

They're customer service sucks. You call the number and get a voice recording of some lady. Then she tells you either press 1 for customer service, press 2 for shipping, 3 for gun tech and so on. I tried 2 first since its a question about where my stuff is. Then the lady comes back on and says my call cannot be completed as dialed. So i redial and try #1 for customer service. I am then asked to leave a message and they will call me back later so i decided to just leave a message telling them the problem and give them the order number and whatnot hoping they'll fix it without having to call me back.

I'll try again later today.

Sucky customer service sucks.

w00t, finally got ahold of them today(monday). Ships tomorrow.
