Workin out

well, since we are dying, i decided to make another pointless thread.

Just wonderin who here works out and like what you can max out on and stuff. How much you weigh, because someone who weighs alot should be able to outdo a lighter person relatively easily.

anyways, i weigh right around 175.
I can curl 65 in each hand, about 4 times. I can do a full set of 50, but its hard.
We dont really know how much i can bench, because we only have 145 pounds, but its relatively easy.
French curls i can do 30 in each hand.
idk, say some more exercises.

I weigh 130 and bench 160. That is where my bench is maxed at and haven't been to the weight room at school because the staph infection is going around in football and to others using the weights.

My daily workout only consists of doing 17 pull ups at once. 17 is my max on pull ups right now. I hardly do push-ups anymore. but I know I can do 50.

my arms= weak

my legs however...
last year in gym we went to the work out room. there was a machine where you were on an angel bed type thing that slid up and down. you could add resistance you it. you put your feet on an angled platform and pretty much did squats at an angle with weight on your back.

i did like 30 reps of 250, then another 30 of 250 where you put your toes on the platform, and your feels hang off. it works your calves.

so pretty much i am weak, but i can run lol.

When i do pullups i strap a 25 pound weight to myself so my record is 8. w/o the weight idk, because im never fresh when i go to start pullups, its after having benched and stuff.
i did 3 with a 45 pound weight, it tore up my hands from all the extra weight Laughing

and thats really good bench robo, holy cow. Shocked

I do my best to keep my arms in great shape. If I ever get in a fight, I don't want to be getting killed without going down with a fight. It also helps being fit with basically no fat except a little on the stomach. I am starting to get a 6 pack. It has to slowly show through. I don't have a lot of fat, really, I just can't get rid of it. I think pull-ups are the greatest for your arms. I gained aout a 20 lb bench from just doing it constantly during the later part of the summer and since the beginning of the school year.

i'm 5'11" and about 195lbs, went bowling for the first time in years the other night and my legs hurt for 2 days........i'm in great physical shape Rolling Eyes i used to have a prety sweet six pack, in fact i have a picture of myself shirtless at about 18 mabey 19 and i'm down right buff.....that was before i discovered how great beer was drunken

I havent been to the gym in awhile. I'm going to start going regularly after basketball and before I head off to college. I'm 6', 160lbs. I can bench about 100(never worried about my arms). I do a lot of leg work because I enjoy swatting basketballs, not to mention doing hurdles in track. I was in the 16s in the 110 last year and took 8th in Districts. All the good kids are gone, so I should be in the top 4.

Weights listed are max's, or the most i've done if i've never max'd.

Bench around 180
Squat I can do 250
Hex-bar deadlift is 325

I'm in great physical shape because of wrestling and football, and easily have an 8pack

pics?? You are an inch taller than me and weigh 10 lbs less. I have a lot of muscle/bone mass. i would get a pic, but I need a camera. I am thinking about getting a video camera. The quality on some of the ones I have seen are amazing and are cheaper than regular digital picture cameras. Video cameras should be able to take pics too which is what I plan on looking for.

Im workin on my six pack like crazy, gonna up my bench alot.
i forgot to mention, last summer i wrecked really bad doin bmx, went for a stoppie and flipped and landed on my shoulder, so its really screwed up. the whole reason i work out is to try and fix it. it hurts to bench Laughing
but i deal with the pain, because its been gettin better and better Rambo
YWSM, i know wrestling and football are very strenuous w/ the weights, im trying to do wrestling this year, at our school you only need to get past condtitioning and your in. conditioning is really hard.
im pretty good at it, we always wrestle here in my neighborhood, and i can beat just about everyone besides people over 200 pounds, then they just sit on my neck because they dont know the rules.

We've got an asian at our school that's an awesome XC runner as well. Blazin' Azian. Tounge Anyway I'm extremely weak right now. I'm working on it, but my bones are incredibly small. I'm only like 5'6" - 5'7". I weigh around 120 (give or take a little) lbs. I was in the weight room today, and discovered I can't bench squat! Idk we only had on like 105 or something, so I just did a bunch of reps with that. I can't go down to my chest though. Idk I'm weird like that. I did like 360 lbs on the leg press today. I think it was like 4 sets of 20. I'm not really maxing lately. I did 134 at home 5 times last night. I'm extremely small, so I was proud of that. Hopefully I'll get in better shape since basketball is starting up soon.

Squat- 600 something (used to be, before I messed up my left knee and left achilles)
power clean- 225 (new max hit last week)

My arms are pretty small for a guy my size. Im going to work on it this off-season. My chest and legs are huge(I'm pretty solid in those areas)
My main off-season goal this year is to get down to 220, while improving my muscle mass.

I have always wanted to see a picture of cda even if he didn't show his face. I have pictures in my mind of what he would look like, but now they have changed.

Actually, thats PB125.
That was in that pic thread when he said he was too lazy to post it, so I went over to the tippy forum, found it and posted it for him.

I actually have brown hair and blue eyes.

I'd be alot bigger if it wasnt for wrestling. I have problems gaining weight as it is, throw in wrestling and i've only put on 40 lbs in the last 4 years.

i'm not doing wrestling this year, in an attempt to gain bulk before my senior year

I grow quicker than most people. My friend used to always brag about how much bigger his chest was, now im catchin up to him and getting abs so hes mad. I went from curling 20 pounds to 45 in about 1 1/2 weeks. I think my biceps are pretty much at their max growth. I work all the time and nothing really happens.

Thats probably the problem, you've gotta give the muscels rest.

Yeah I'm not good at the rest thing. I've been ticked about some stuff lately, and that motivates me to release that energy in lifting. I do have blonde hair, and I'm pretty small. My frame is tiny! I have no bone mass.

I completely agree, the way i get over any of my problems is working out. Its better than sitting at home and getting fat, lets me be with my friends, and it benefits my health in general. It really makes you feel good too. I love it Cool

My how I've grown lately.

I'm almost 5'10, 150 lbs. I bench 160 now, which I'm satisfied with at the moment.
