Well gosh...what was that look for. I playt more woods and im not the best speedball player, granted i dont suck but with all these rich kids who get their guns their parents bought them out there with unlimited paint to use just rip the whole entire time, i cant match up to that. Its getting more commercial and more of them rich/spoiled kids are playin. THumb down

Hehe, that was t3h dodgy.

Anyway, you're describing HK kids. The vast majority of everybody else in speedball buys their own guns and their own paint. And their own everything else.

It's not even about how fast you shoot, either. Believe it or not, tons of people use revvys for regular play. I know one guy who doesn't even have a Halo, and he has a Tadao'd Shocker (well, had. He just traded it for a Halfblock, go figure Rolling Eyes ). Just the other night, I was playing a 2v2, I had my mech, the other kid on my team has a mech cocker as well, and on the other side is an E2'd cocker and an E-Spyder. We rolled them in less than 20 seconds.

Speedball is about communication, strategy and moving, not shooting as fast as you can. Granted, it is a good thing to have to be able to shoot fast, to shoot lanes, etc.

/rant.

I know, and i see some of these noobs as simple who shoot the whole time. Ive had one on my team before who just to shoot was shooting the bunker right in front of us. Gave away our psoition.

Next thing you know we get bunkered. That kid made me mad and i "accidentally" bonus baleld him next round. Cheers

I played x-ball fine with my old single trigger mag. I know a guy who plays it with a stock class Phantom. Its not all about ROF at all although it helps a lot at times.

I know, spray and pray definitely does not win a game. I know people who can go in a game with a pump and every one else has high end electros and he usually takes em all out. He just has skills. The player makes the gun...not vice versa. Having a good gun does help alot in the long run. I did good when my a-5 wasnt electro. Now i just od better Very Happy

I think Tippmann needs to make a whole new style of gear. They need more variety.
